1. The website and waitlist

NineBrief Inc. provides this website to describe planned NineBrief products, provide access to currently available free business tools and allow interested users to join a product waitlist.

Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, customer account, guarantee of access, guaranteed launch date or commitment that every described feature will be released.

2. Waitlist communications

If you submit an email address, you authorize NineBrief to use it for communications reasonably related to the waitlist, product launch and materially related NineBrief product updates. You may ask to stop receiving those communications by contacting support@ninebrief.com.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, deliberately overload the service, impersonate another person or business, or use the waitlist for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. NineBrief content and intellectual property

NineBrief Inc. retains its rights in the NineBrief name, brand, website interface, product descriptions and other materials we provide, except where a separate open-source or third-party license expressly applies.

You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or business evaluation. These Terms do not grant a right to misrepresent affiliation with NineBrief or to use NineBrief branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

5. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including website delivery, fonts, form processing and external business tools. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. NineBrief does not control independent third-party websites merely because we link to them.

6. Availability and changes

The website and waitlist are provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue website content, waitlist functionality or planned product descriptions as the service develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every browser or device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a statutory right, remedy, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Subject to any mandatory right to bring a matter elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or the landing website may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Kenya on a non-exclusive basis.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as NineBrief develops. The published version will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated with any notice or agreement required by applicable law.
